Employing your apprentice / trainee
Arrange RTO induction and monitor on and off-the-job training requirements.

Conduct regular contacts with the apprentice/trainee and employer.
Conduct regular training record checks and monitor progression

Employment & payroll administration. As the legal employer we are responsible for contractual obligations.
Management of all Worker’s Compensation requirements. Our WorkCover Policy covers your Kestrel Apprentice or Trainee, which means that in the event of a claim our premium is affected, not yours.
